Refund Policy


The service provided to you is that associated with access to various banking and financial management services through use of the Smarty Cash Ltd (SmartyFunds) Digital Finance Gateway (the Service), which at all times is subject to the Terms and Conditions of service supply as published by SmartyFunds from time to time.

SmartyFunds provides the Service to you at its sole and absolute discretion, and without guarantee of accuracy, continuity or fitness of service.

Never the less, should it be known by SmartyFunds that the Service, in whole or in part, cannot be used by you through no direct or indirect fault of you, SmartyFunds may, at its sole and absolute discretion, provide you with a refund of part or all of those fees charged to you directly by SmartyFunds associated with use of the whole or part of the Service as the case may be, but shall not include any fees, costs, or losses associated with use of the Service which have not been charged directly by SmartyFunds (Refund).

Circumstances in which a Refund may be considered could include where you have applied for a SmartyFunds account and have subsequently been unable to meet the Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements associated with a service which forms part or the whole of the Service.

Should your circumstances change such that you no longer meet the KYC requirements for a service which forms part or the whole of the Service, SmartyFunds may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider a Refund.

Any request for a Refund will only be considered upon proper completion of a Refund Request Form, which can be requested by emailing SmartyFunds website to [email protected] with the words “Refund” in the subject line.
